1. Rental Period

-Rates apply per day(24 hours)
-If the vehicle is returned over an hour late, Tidy Car Hire, will charge an additional day.
-Minimum hire period, 2 days during the week and 3 days minimum on the weekend hire, could apply to Bank and public holidays.

2. Payment

-Payment is accepted by Credit Card and Debit Card
-Cash, cheque and pre-paid credit cards are not accepted.
-Third parties may not pre pay for a rental on line and the credit or debit card presented at the start of the hire must always be in the name of the main driver.
- A deposit will be taken at the time of rental.
- Any cash deposit will be refunded after 21 days of returning the car provided the vehicle is returned undamaged.

3. Insurance

-The rental quote includes Comprehensive cover although excess does apply.
- The amount of excess depends on which car you have rented and weather you have chosen to reduce the excess.
- The excess ranges up to £5000. Depends on the vehicle you hire.
- An insurance proposal foorm must be completed and signed by all drivers of the car.
-Minimum age of 22 of renter will apply, details are found alongside the description of the car on the website.

4. Loss or Damage to Vehicle

-Rates include comprehensive accidental damage cover, except for the first £750- £5,000 (depending on the car hire)

5. Waiver

- The excess may be reduced for a daily payment by choosing Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

6. Accidents

-All accidents must be reported within 24 hours.
-Failure to do this could result in thee insurance becoming invalid.

7. Driving Licence

-A full UK driving licence must be produced at the time of hire.
-Driver must be aged between 22 years and 65 years.
- We may also require additional proof of identity such as a passport and proof of address. If you are holding a old paper licence.

8. Fuel

- The rental price does not include fuel.
- It is the car hirer's responsibility for ensuring the correct fuel is used.
-The hirer is liable for all costs if the wrong fuel is used including recovery and repair.

9. Additional Drivers

- There is a charge of £11.99 per day for an additional driver.
- The additional driver must show his drivers Licence at the time of hire

10. London Congestion Charge

- The renter is liable and responsible for any day's payment for London congestion charge if the vehicle is driven in the zone.

11. Vehicle Return

- The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned within the specified time period.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returnerd within the specified time period.
- No extra charge on return timing if Tidy Car Hire hass agreed for the vehicle to be returned outside of office hours although the renter will remain responsible for the vehicle and its condition.
- Until the car is re-inspected by a member of our staff the renter will remain responsible for the vehicle and its condition therefore please double check at the time of returning.

12. Parking, Traffic and other offences / fines

- All fines and court costs be it for parking, traffic or other offences (including any costs which arise if the vehicle is clamped or towed etc) are the responsibility of the renter.
- If for any reason these fines are not paid a £55 administration charge per offence will apply.

13. Child/ Baby Seats

- We can providde child and baby seats at £15. The renter is responsible for fitting. Available on request only.

14. Cancellations

- If you cancel your pre-paid reservation within 24 hours of placing the booking TidyCarHire will issue a full refund.
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours from the time of making the booking no refund will be made.
- All booking cancelled less than 48 hours from the pick up date and time are not refundable.
